I started the Young Agbaji Foundation with the support of my wife, Avery, and our family—because this mission means everything to us.
Growing up in Kansas City, I was lucky to have coaches, mentors, and a community that gave me the chance to grow, fail, learn, and succeed. Not every kid gets that, and I’ve never forgotten it. This foundation is my way of giving back to the people and places that helped shape me into who I am.
With Avery and my family by my side, we created a space where young athletes can develop their skills, their confidence, and their character. It’s about more than just sports—it’s about helping kids believe in themselves, stay focused, and chase a future they might not have thought possible.
This is just the beginning, and we’re so excited for what’s ahead.
